Minor consultations for returning clients are always free.

Loyalty Perks

1) REFERRALS: For each referral, a $10 credit will be applied to your client file, once the new client has booked and received at least a shampoo, cut, & style. (NOTE: For men referrals, it will be 3 referrals, for a $10 credit). The credit should be used on your next appointment. This is a "Thank You" gift from me to show appreciation. MEMO: Monies cannot be compiled for a free service.

Just a few rules to follow...

  1. Your friends must be new clients

  2. Your friends must provide us with your name when scheduling their appointments

  3. Your friends must keep their scheduled appointments and the salon services of at least a shampoo, cut, & style per person.

2) DISCOUNTS: There is a 10% discount on all retail purchased in the salon (sorry…no discount for online purchases), for clients that have been with me for at least 5 years. Cannot be added to other sales/discounts.

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

The first “without notice” cancelation or no-show will be eligible for a fee waiver, since I know that unexpected things happen to all of us from time to time. When you’re ready to reschedule, you will be required to place a card on file and pay a deposit at the time of scheduling. If the second appointment is missed, or cancelled WITHOUT a 24 hour notice, you will NOT be eligible for a deposit refund. If you reschedule (at that time) for another day, or time, with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the balance of your next appointment.

For late arrivals, your hourly charges will begin at your original scheduled time and if we are required to extend the appointment (if time permits) an additional prorated hourly rate will apply. My hourly fee begins at $75, and could (depending on the service) be as high as $200.

MEMO: Emergencies do come when we least expect them. I will always work with you and take into account any unforeseeable event beyond your control.
