Q. CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?

No. While I have no problem with the kiddos there are many variables that are not ideal for children during a color process. I feel it would be best if you made arrangements with a sitter. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Q. DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?

YES! All consultations are done within a 30 minute appointment. I charge $35 for this consultation, which will be applied to the total amount of the actual service. 15 minutes is plenty of time to evaluate your hair. I add 15 minutes longer just in case you aren’t comfortable with less time. Please send me a current photo of your hair, a 3 year hair history (salon and box color) & any inspiration photos your might have, before meeting for a consultation.

Q. IS CLEAN OR DIRTY HAIR BETTER FOR MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?

Clean is always better. But I ask that you please NOT come with hair over 2 days unwashed, especially is you deal with oily scalp. Also, if you are accustomed to using a lot of product on your hair, and you don’t have time to wash, I will wash it for you at the time of your appointment. Just remember that even though I have “starting at” prices, I will never make less than $75 per hour. If you come to a color appointment with dirty hair, it will need washed and dried before color application. Time is money. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Q. HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN FOR MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?

Color appointments depend on services being rendered. Please contact me directly for a more personalized timeframe.

Q. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE MY NEXT COLOR SESSION?

The usual allotted time is 4-6 weeks. Pre-booking at the time of your appointment is always the best option, securing your time.

Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Square, Pay Pal & Apple Pay.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT/LATE POLICY?

No-call/No-show.....No more appointments.

If you are running late, please call or text. If you are 10 minutes or more late, you will be asked to reschedule. Your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged either a flat fee or 50% of your appointment depending on how much time we have blocked off for you. When a reschedule is needed, I’ve lost the opportunity to allow another client to fill the vacancy resulting in lost income.

If you placed a retainer fee for this appointment, it will be lost (& serve as your fee), as all retainer fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON COLOR RESERVATIONS?

All reservations must be cancelled/rescheduled 24-48 hours in advance. All retainer fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel/reschedule within the required 24 hours, your retainer fee will transfer over to your next appointment.

Q. DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS?

Yes! Whatever I use on your hair will always be something you can take home for home maintenance between visits.

I will be happy to give you a prescription of products best suited for the needs of your hair.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE PRICE MINIMUM?

Yes. My hourly income is set at $75 and is only a starting point for each session. I won’t schedule anyone for less than 45-60 minutes.

Q. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION?

Yes. Unless I have, at minimum, a 24 hour notice, you will have to pay 50% of the scheduled session before being able to rebook for a future date and time. Giving a 48 hour notice is preferable and will keep your account in good standing.

I do know that life happens, however, and will always work with my clients when there has been a true emergency.
